Candidates are selected on the basis of their competence, training, work experience, level of English as well as recommendations from previous employers. All our seafarers have a full package of documents according to the STCW 75/95 Convention, are fully certified, trained and ready to work.Our crewing activities include:- Selection and registration of seafarers;- Advice and Employment on all types of vessels, including fishing;- English language proficiency testing;- Check and, if necessary, update the documents of the civil CODE;- Check medical examination available, alcohol and drug test valid;- Registration of ship roles;- Assistance in obtaining visas of foreign countries;- Delivery of the crew on Board ship and back;- Provision of transport with military protection;- Insurance registration.
